Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 4–10 business days

At checkout, you may choose to add Route Package Protection, which covers eligible delivery issues such as lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@intimacyredefined.ca with your order number and photos so we can arrange a replacement.
