Shipping
Orders are processed promptly after checkout, with most orders shipping within 1 business day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. EST, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 3–8 business days
Delivery estimates may vary for remote regions, severe weather, carrier delays, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
All orders are shipped in discreet, unbranded packaging to protect your privacy. Tracking information is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Route Package Protection
At checkout, you may choose to add Route Package Protection, which provides coverage for eligible delivery issues such as packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
Route also provides a convenient tracking experience through the Route mobile app.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, sizing, or product compatibility.
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@intimacyredefined.ca. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue.
Eligible products are also covered by our 30-day defect warranty. If a product develops a confirmed defect within 30 days of delivery, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
